Shipping policy
Applies to orders placed within the United States.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) are processed the next business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Tracking
- Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Coverage Area
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (delivery times may be longer).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Overnight orders.
- International shipping is not covered under this policy (see separate international policy, if applicable).
Delays and Liability
- Herit is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
- If the estimated delivery window is exceeded by more than 3 business days, customers may contact support to open a carrier investigation.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
- Orders returned to sender due to an address error may incur a new shipping fee for reshipment.
